ICF and Concrete Slabs
From slab floors and porch pads to structural insulated concrete form walls and foundations, we focus on proper preparation, reinforcement, finishing, and curing—so the result performs over time.
Concrete Services
Insulated Concrete Forms
One of the highest performing ways to build a structure, ICF stands above the crowd with its exceptional strength(wind, seismic, and load bearing), its rot-proof nature, sound proofing ability, simplicity, and its incredible energy efficiency(continuous insulation, air barrier continuity, thermal mass, total r-values). We love Nexcem and Logix Element in particular.
Garage & Shop Floors
Concrete floors designed for real loads. We pay attention to base compaction, reinforcement, joints, and curing so your floor stays solid and usable for years.
Walkways
Clean, durable concrete for high-traffic areas. Proper grading and drainage are prioritized to reduce heaving, pooling, and premature cracking.
Patios
Functional outdoor concrete with finishes suited to your space. We focus on prep and slope so patios shed water properly and hold up to seasonal cycles.
Footings & Foundations
Structural concrete work done with careful layout, proper depth, and reinforcement—built to suit site conditions and support the structure properly. Primarily we do anything less than 4′ in depth and particularly custom in nature. Foundation walls 4′ and higher we will do if Insulated Concrete Forms are used. CMU block is also an option.
Concrete Slabs and Pads
Concrete pads for sheds, equipment, hot tubs, and outbuildings—built on stable base prep with the right thickness, reinforcement, and finishing for long-term durability.

Why ICF?
ICF stands for insulated concrete forms. These forms stay in place after the concrete is poured, so the wall has both strength and insulation in one system. This helps make buildings more solid and better able to handle bad weather, strong winds, and daily wear over time. These walls also help keep indoor temperatures steady, which can lower heating and cooling costs and make the space more comfortable in every season. Another major benefit is sound control. The thick walls help block noise from outside, which creates a quieter and more peaceful indoor space. It can also reduce common problems like moisture damage, mold, pests, and rot, which may lower maintenance needs over the life of the building.
Because the system combines several benefits in one wall, it can be a smart choice for homes, schools, and commercial buildings. Overall, this is a reliable building system because it offers strength, comfort, energy savings, and long-term value in a simple and effective way.

What Matters Most in Concrete Work
Concrete performance is decided long before the truck arrives. We prioritize the fundamentals that prevent problems later: stable base prep, correct thickness, appropriate reinforcement, proper slope and drainage, clean finishing, and disciplined curing.
- Base preparation: stable, compacted, and properly graded
- Reinforcement: used appropriately for the application, in most applications we use fiberglass rebar for corrosion resistance and ease of install
- Joints & control: planned to reduce random cracking
- Curing and Sealing: handled according to the projects requirements for strength, function, and longevity
Our Process
- Assess: We review the site, access, drainage, and end use.
- Prepare properly: Material and finish choices, drawing/permits where necessary, excavation, base material, compaction, and forms.
- Reinforce & pour: Rebar & mesh as specified, then careful placement and finishing.
- Strip & protect: We remove forms at the appropriate time and complete final details according to the needs of the project(eg. cutting, washing, sealing, or waterproofing).
